Description: Learn what it means to negotiate from a position of power! In this session, participants will get an overview of the bargaining process, become more familiar with bargaining terms and concepts, and feel more prepared for upcoming negotiations.

• Identify bargaining terms and concepts.
• Learn about what happens at the bargaining table and beyond.
• Understand factors that influence bargaining. 
• Begin to think about ways to approach bargaining with an equity lens.
